CSI – Customer Satisfaction Index - February 2011
Here at MediaAnalys, we work to generate new customers for our customers: that is our business concept. Making a website search engine-friendly so that new and old customers can easily find it is what we do every day in our work. For this reason, we know how important it is for companies to take care of their customers.
One continuous job for us at MediaAnalys is making our customers even more satisfied. Whether it is about securing new sales, the delivery process or subsequent monitoring using our services, we can always improve ourselves.
Four times a year, MediaAnalys carries out a customer survey in order to get an idea of what customers think of us and our services. There is always the same excitement when we study the results of a completed customer survey – what we are doing well, what we can do better, etc. It also provides our customers with the opportunity to come up with proposals for improvements that will make their experience of MediaAnalys as positive as possible.
Overall rating
Our work to improve ourselves will never end – nor do we want it to. We take the view that there is always something that could be done better. Even though no fewer than 92% of our customers give us an overall rating of “good” or “very good”, we look forward in future to making our customers even more satisfied!
Monitoring
At MediaAnalys, we strive very hard to monitor our customers’ development and results. We concentrate on having as professional and competent a Customer Relations department as possible. It is, therefore, most gratifying that, in our most recent customer survey, no fewer than 96% of our customers were “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with the follow-up we provide on their investment.
Technology
Search engine optimization, and indeed everything relating to the Internet, can be complicated things for businesspeople to grasp, and they can sometimes be hard things to work on. Naturally, therefore, it is important to MediaAnalys that our customers can feel they can rely on us when it comes to technical support and skills.
Following our latest customer survey, the whole of our Technical department had reason to be a little extra proud. Of the customers surveyed, no fewer than 93% found that the quality of the technical support they receive from MediaAnalys was “high” or “very high”. In other words, our customers’ websites are safe in our hands!
