Employee survey
Our employees are what makes MediaAnalys! We work all the time on being an attractive place to work, one where all employees can be happy and feel that they are developing.
Twice a year, MediaAnalys carries out an anonymous employee survey which all staff complete. In this survey, we ask questions about:
- Finance and targets
- Management
- Work satisfaction
- Remuneration
- Working environment
- Comfort and well-being
The feedback we receive is then used as the basis for our work on internal improvement, work that takes place continuously in order to make MediaAnalys a really good place to work.
Our latest employee survey took place in August/September this year and revealed, among other things, that:
- Almost all employees feel they have good or very good opportunities to influence how their work will be carried out.
- Almost all employees are very happy with the premises where they work.
- Almost all employees feel there is a good or very good atmosphere within their working group, and that their line manager shows confidence in them as employees.
- Almost all think that going to work is very enjoyable.
- Almost all employees are satisfied or very satisfied with their current work situation.
