Our business philosophy is simple. The customer is the reason why we as a company exist, and thanks to the confidence that they give us, we can continue and develop our business. A lost customer is always a failure on our part, whatever reason, and we always aim to find solutions to meet customer requirements. Even if it means overtime and extra costs. Our relationships are based on close cooperation with the customer where we with honesty and knowledge create long-term solutions that work! Our work is always carried out with maximum quality, nothing else is to be expected of a market leader.
Our knowledge
Knowledge is for us equate with experience and in which there are no shortcuts! Since the beginning in 2006 we have conducted more than 3,400 customer orders and that is what we call experience. We have encountered more problems and find more solutions than any other competitor to us. That is perhaps why some of Sweden's biggest brands have chosen to rely on our knowledge over the years. And they become more and more.
What our customers say
The customer's perception of our company is always the correct one. That is why we four times a year carrying out measurements in the Customer Satisfaction Index. We really want to know what is good and where we are lacking. In our last survey in February 2011, we were pleased that 92% of our customers gave us an overall rating as good or very good. Further the investigation shows that 96% of our customers are satisfied or very satisfied of the follow up of their investment with us. We can therefore say that our customers are very satisfied, which certainly pleased us all.
Our follow-up
We believe in personal contact between people. We have therefore chosen to give each customer a dedicated contact who is always available for questions and concerns. Yes, it is more expensive but this is a cost we are willing to take when it gives our customers security. We always have a frequent verbal contact with our customers to go through the results, evaluate and then implement the changes. Perhaps that is why 96% of our customers are satisfied with our follow-up.
Our goals and visions
We are proud that we are successful! This fact drives all our employees on MediaAnalys. It means we're doing something right that our customers appreciate. Of course we want our customers to grow because then we also grows. Our goal is to achieve a turnover of 54 million in 2011. The fact that we are successful, we see as a great advantage, for who want to hire those who are second best?
Employee Survey - we love our job
As consulting firm our most important resource are our employees. Without them we have no business! It is therefore vitally important that we have a good and stimulating working environment where everyone can grow and develop. Only in this way can we maintain our skills. To ensure that we are an attractive employer, we two times per year perform our Employee Survey. Our latest measuring shows that 97% feel engaged or highly engaged in their daily work and as much as 95% think it is fun or enjoyable to go to work. We love therefore our job and business!
